Community Connections

Community Participation assists school leavers with a disability to make the successful transition to life in the community through a mix of community access and centre based activities and training.

Life Choices assists people with a disability aged 25 - 54 to enjoy life in the community through a range of daytime activities, community access and independent living skills of their choice.
Active Ageing will assist people with a disability aged over 55 to remain active in community life through a mix of age appropriate activities of the person’s choice.

WorkAble Respite Options provides flexible respite for carers by providing the person, with a mental health condition and/or intellectual disability, support to access meaningful social inclusion.

Eurobodalla Only

Links to Leisure provides access to community recreational activities for people with a disability or mental health condition. 

Moruya Day Program builds capacity for individuals with a disability to participate in community life, through a range of day activities of their choice at Haslingden House, Moruya and in the community.

Teen Time – After school care and vacation support for students with a disability and/or mental health condition, enabling parents and carers to fulfil work and training options.
